 Costs

Junior group coaching rates are £4.50 per hour for members and £5.50 non members.  Adult rates are £5 per hour due to the smaller group sizes (normally 8 for adults, 12 for juniors).

 Coaching rates for individuals are £20 per hour for juniors and £25 per hour for adults, which include the cost of floodlights if needed.
